Transit Ambassador/Public Relations
Overview
Participates as part of the Transit team to ensure passengers are informed of transit schedules, routes and upcoming system changes. Responsible for communicating with passengers and demonstrating (on the bus) the ON Demand platform as well as, other transit related processes.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12, G.E.D. or Mature Student High School certification;
• Experience working in a team is an asset;
• Experience providing public relations or customer service working is an asset.
