We are looking for:
Under the supervision of the Office Manager the Information Technology Manager serves as technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks. The IT Manager is responsible for improving the efficiency of the work of the team using technology and supporting the business continuity and growth of the Co-op through technology. The IT Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the Co-op, its users, and the third-party vendors we use for IT.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure including understanding of networks, servers, and security protocols.
- System Integration: ability to integrate different software solutions and ensure they will operate together efficiently.
- Decision making; ability to analyze problems, identify solutions and make decisions that align with the organization’s goals.
- Vendor management ability to select, manage and negotiate with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Change management skills; in leading technological changes across the organization while minimizing disruption.
- Coaching: ability to assist end-point users with their IT related inquiries, concerns, and training.
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
- 5 + years in the information technology field
