Overview
The Premium Server/Bartender is expected to provide exceptional service to all guests by serving food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a professional and knowledgeable manner. They will also be responsible for delivering orders to Premium suites and VIP locations within the facility. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Premium Server/Bartender must have an impeccable attendance record and be available to work a regular event-based schedule, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
● One or more years of experience as a server or in the food service industry.
● Accurate and responsible cash-handling skills are required at all times.
● Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment including
expedited food orders & presentations.
● Maintaining professional composure under pressure.
● Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
● Professional interpersonal communication skills with co-workers, guests, and managers
● Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
