Student print credits

Students at Assiniboine College that need to print documents while on campus can conveniently purchase print credits online through Print Manager, 24/7 and their balance will be reflected instantaneously.

Students must be on campus and using a college computer or using their own device while connected to the campus WIFI in order to purchase print credit.

• Black & White: $0.10 per page
• Colour: $0.50 per page

How to Purchase Print Credits

• Read the detailed how-to instructions
• Login to “Print Manager” using your college username and password.
  Note: This link will only work while on campus or on the remote desktop system.
• Select Balances at the top, here you will see ACC and Paid. Select Paid.
• Select your desired quantity of print credits (minimum $10.00) and select Purchase Credit.
• Select your shopping cart at the top right and proceed to payment. GST and PST will be added to your purchase amount.
• You will be prompted to provide a MasterCard or Visa (Visa Debit is also accepted).
• A payment confirmation page will appear. This is also your official receipt. You can print this if needed, save it as a PDF, or screenshot from a mobile device for proof of payment.

Alternatively, students can also purchase print credits in person with cash, cheque, or debit at the following locations within regular business hours:

• Registrar’s Office at Victoria Avenue East Campus in Brandon
• The Administrative Office at Len Evans Centre for Trades & Technology at the North Hill Campus in Brandon
• The Administrative Office at Parkland Campus in Dauphin
• The Administrative Office at Winnipeg Campus

Note - purchases through these locations do not instantaneously update a student’s print credit balance and may take time. Please purchase online when possible to have print credit updated instantaneously.

Miscellaneous Information

• Assiniboine College does not bill sponsors for print credits. If you are a sponsored student, provide a copy of your payment notification to your sponsor for reimbursement when applicable.
• Print Credits are non-refundable but will carry forward continuously unless you have been inactive for a year or more.
