Parking Permits

About Parking Permits

Parking permits are required to park at the Victoria Avenue East and Parkland Campuses. Starting in July 2025, a parking permit will be required to park at the North Hill Campus. Any student, staff, or visitor wishing to park at these campuses must purchase and properly display a parking permit.

This page includes information for staff parking and student/market rate parking. For more detailed visitor parking information, please visit the Visitor Parking page.

Staff Parking

Staff have the option to pay for an assigned parking spot at our Brandon and Dauphin campuses, with payment deducted in bi-weekly payroll installments.

To request a spot, staff must complete a Parking Request form. You can connect with Human Resources or the Registrar's Office for this form and submit it to the Registrar's Office. The Registrar’s Office assigns parking and forwards the details to Human Resources for processing.

Student Parking

Students can purchase campus parking passes online.

Parking passes for Fall 2025, Winter 2026 and Spring 2026 will be available for purchase soon. Check back to purchase parking for the 2025-2026 academic year.

When purchasing your permit, ensure you select the correct location. You will be notified when your permit is ready for pickup.

Student parking is charged at the market rate.
