A signature dining experience brought to life by the incredible talent and hard work of our students
Held in the historic Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts building in our North Hill campus, the evening features a gourmet dining experience hosted by our talented Culinary Arts students. Guests are treated to an exclusive menu. Each year a new initiative of the college is supported with proceeds from this event.
With changes to the international student program, there have been significant implications for the college and programs at the Manitoba Institute for Culinary Arts in particular. The Culinary Arts program has been cut in half, and the Baking Foundations and Hospitality Management programs have both been eliminated entirely. As a result, the event will look and feel different. What won’t be different, will be the high-quality cuisine.
