Test-Exempt Countries
Applicants from countries listed below are considered exempt from providing proof of English language proficiency. Our college reserves the right to request proof of English proficiency from any applicant (regardless of citizenship, country of origin or first language) at any time during the admissions process.
Should you be from a test exempt country and yet supply proof of English Language Proficiency that does not meet the admission requirements to your program, you will be considered as not meeting the English language requirements and will not receive an offer of admission.
No countries are considered ELP exempt for our Practical Nursing program. Applicants to Practical Nursing must meet the program-specific English language proficiency standards as detailed on assiniboine.net/pnelp
