A multi-course, served dinner is fused with self-serve appetizer and dessert action stations. Experience 5-star dining with the flair of flambé and other culinary show-stopping techniques. Your ticket price is all-inclusive with the exception of the bar and an evening market where you can purchase jams, jellies, preserves and other seasonal delicacies created by Culinary Arts and Baking Foundations students—just in time for the holiday season!

  • Guests should park in the South parking lot. If space is unavailable, please park in the Len Evans parking lot. For parking, please refer to our North Hill campus map. Note: there is no shuttle service available.

Every MICA event is organized by students and faculty, providing a practical component to our Culinary Arts, and Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Baking Foundations programs.
