Farewell to Fall
Celebrate the multitude of flavours that late fall brings, but enjoy it served it up with a hint of the warmth and deliciousness that comes with winter.
Join us for the first event of the year, one that says goodbye to flavourful fall and ushers in crisp winter. A hot and cold buffet dinner is complemented by a dessert room with mouth-watering, decadent confections. The food showcased at this event is grown and cultivated at Assiniboine’s North Hill campus as part of the college’s field to fork approach. Your ticket price is all-inclusive with the exception of the bar and an evening market where you can purchase jams, jellies, preserves and other seasonal delicacies created by Culinary Arts and Baking Foundations students—just in time for the holiday season!

- Tickets sold in groups of 2 and 4 – Maximum of 4 tickets per caller.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Guests should park in the South parking lot. If space is unavailable, please park in the Len Evans parking lot. For parking, please refer to our North Hill campus map. Note: there is no shuttle service available.
Every MICA event is organized by students and faculty, providing a practical component to our Culinary Arts, and Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Baking Foundations programs.
