Holiday Buffet

Treat yourself to a holiday feast with us.

Hosting a holiday event is a time-honoured tradition at the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts. The heritage building is decked out for the holidays. Students and faculty present a gorgeous multi-course buffet for guests: everything from smoked salmon to turkey, sides, salads, and all the trimmings in between. Enjoy wonderful desserts and bar service. The Holiday Buffet is a sumptuous event. 

 

$60 per ticket - maximum of 4 tickets available per caller. Tickets are non-refundable.

Seating Times: 6, 6:30, & 7 p.m. seating times
Tickets go on sale: November 7 at 9 a.m.

Every MICA event is organized by students and faculty, providing a practical component to both our Culinary Arts and Hotel & Restaurant Management programs.
