Beautifully plated meal at Foundation Legacy Gala Dinner

Foundation Legacy Gala Dinner

An inspirational night infused with unforgettable luxury

(Sold Out) Thursday, March 17, 2022

Held in our beautiful heritage Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts building at our North Hill campus in Brandon, students in the Culinary Arts and Hotel & Restaurant Management programs work together to put on an exquisite evening of food and wine. Guests are treated to an exclusive eight-course menu with wine pairings at each course. Complimentary in-town car service is provided by our polished Police Studies program students (if public health orders allow).

Proceeds from this year’s Legacy Gala Dinner will support financial awards for healthcare programs. It’s no secret that the efforts of healthcare workers have received well-deserved recognition through the past two years. At Assiniboine, we’re proud to train those working toward these important careers. The 2022 Legacy Gala is your opportunity to support Practical Nursing and Comprehensive Health Care Aide students who have chosen to pursue a career in this field.

Practical Nursing is our single largest program of study with four permanent nursing sites across Manitoba in Brandon, Winnipeg, Dauphin and Portage la Prairie. Additional rotating rural sites bring the nursing program to various communities with four sites each year. 100% of graduates from the program have jobs in their field within nine months of completing their studies
