International Wine & Food Festival

Assiniboine is committed to the health and wellness of the communities we serve. Following recommendations set out by the Province of Manitoba, due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, this event has been cancelled. The Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts has been hosting the International Wine & Food Festival for many years. Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management students research and prepare 40 fabulous wine and food pairings from around the world for an evening of culinary delight. Tickets to this year's event are $75. Maximum of four tickets per caller. Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Must be 18 years or older to attend. ID is checked at the door.
  • Maximum of four tickets available per caller.
  • Guests should park in the South parking lot. If space is unavailable, you can park in the Len Evans parking lot. Please note, there is no shuttle service available.

Every MICA event is organized by students and faculty, providing a practical component to both our Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management programs.
