This two-day interactive workshop offers practical training in suicide first aid, empowering participants with the skills to recognize and address potential suicide situations. Designed for individuals aged 18 and older, the ASIST workshop is accessible to anyone interested in learning how to effectively intervene and help prevent the immediate rick of suicide. Participants learn to identify signs of suicidal thoughts, engage in open conversations with at-risk individuals, and develop a safety plan that supports the person's immediate safety needs.
