Parking Permits

About Parking Permits

Parking permits are required to park at the Victoria Avenue East, North Hill, Parkland and Winnipeg campuses. Any student, staff, or visitor wishing to park at these campuses must purchase and properly display a parking permit.

This page includes information for staff and students who wish to park on campus. For more detailed visitor parking information, please visit the Visitor Parking page.

Staff

Staff have the option to pay for an assigned parking spot at our Brandon, Parkland and Winnipeg campuses, with payment deducted in bi-weekly payroll installments.

To request a spot, staff must complete a Parking Request form. You can connect with Human Resources or the Registrar's Office for this form and submit it to the Registrar's Office. The Registrar’s Office assigns parking and forwards the details to Human Resources for processing.

Students

Students can purchase general campus parking passes online.

Effective July 1, 2026, general parking passes available to students will be sold at a monthly rate of $31 per month.

Parking passes for the 2026-27 year (July 2026 to June 2027) will be available for purchase on May 26 at 10 a.m.

After you purchase your permit online, you will be notified when your permit is ready for pickup. Processing time is approximately three (3) business days from order and payment.

General parking fees are based on the market rate. Rates will be reviewed annually and are subject to change.
