Parking Permits and Availability
A limited amount of parking may be available on city streets near campus locations. However, students who park on private property near the college do so at their own risk.

The Victoria Avenue East Campus parking lot contains staff, student & visitor stalls and is colour-coded accordingly. Any staff or student wishing to park in the lot must purchase and properly display a parking permit through the Registrar’s Office. Student parking must be ordered online. All student parking is sold on a scrambled basis; you will not be assigned a specific stall. Electrical stalls (for use of block heaters only) are temperature activated and will come on at -17°C and cycle on and off for 20 minutes.
Accessible Parking - Persons with temporary or permanent disabilities may use identified parking stalls within the lot. To qualify for a stall, the person should be eligible for and possess a Disabled Parking Permit which is issued by Manitoba Possible (formerly SMD) or an out of province equivalent. A Disabled Parking Permit must be presented at the time of pick up. Parking fees apply.
Expectant Mothers - Persons who are expecting may use identified parking stalls within the lot. To qualify for a stall, the person must be expecting. Parking fees apply.
