Academic Pathway Agreement
Student who successfully complete Robertson College’s Intensive Academic English 4 with a minimum overall score of 70% have satisfied the English Language Proficiency requirements for entry to Assiniboine’s advanced diplomas programs in Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management as well as the E-Commerce Professional and Logistics & Supply Chain Management certificate programs that require an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or equivalent. With this acceptance, a graduate of Intensive Academic English 4 will not be required to produce any additional English language proficiency test scores.

Assiniboine students studying at the Robertson site have immigration related advising support provided locally. Assiniboine students studying at the Robertson site also have access to regular information sessions with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) who can answer immigration questions as needed.

New Student Orientation
Assiniboine students studying at the Robertson site have on-site orientation which provides general information about their program, explains the attendance and passing grades policies, health insurance information, practicum and employment, academic integrity, guidance and preparation for the first day of class, and a local a campus tour. Information is provided on resources that students have available for the duration of their program.
