Cougars Volleyball 2024 Female Summer Camps

It’s that time of year again! The Cougars are back again this summer to offer a variety of Female Volleyball camps that focus around on-court skills, sport specific strength & conditioning and game play experience.

Camps are directed by Cougars Women’s Volleyball Head Coach Kevin Neufeld along with Kellie Marvin, Greg Beckwith and other coaches and players. All sessions will be held at the Assiniboine College Gymnasium on the Victoria Ave East campus. All participants will receive a Cougars camp t-shirt!

Female Skill Sessions Through Game Play

August 12th – 16th

Cost: $200 per athlete

**Going into Grades 5-12**

9am – 11am Grade 5-6 (max 28 participants)

11am – 1pm Grade 7-8 (max 28 participants)

1pm – 3pm Grade 9-10 (max 28 participants)

3pm – 5pm Grade 11-12 (max 28 participants)

**Friday is game day with livestream available

Female All- Inclusive Volleyball Camp Experience

August 19th – 23rd

Cost: $300 per athlete

9am – 12pm Grade 7-9 (max 40 participants)

1pm – 4 pm Grade 10-12 (max 40 participants)

This is intended for those serious about volleyball to advance their game to the next level.

Includes:

• On-court skills sessions

• Sport specific strength and conditioning. Education and opportunity in the Assiniboine College Fitness Centre with Ashley Hosfeld

• Classroom sessions on sport nutrition, pressure management, recovery skills etc.

• Friday is game day with livestream available

• Video analysis feedback

• Personalized report card at weeks end
