This session is for those who wish to study on their own time and challenge the FoodSafe exam without taking the full-day FoodSafe 1 course. This exam challenge option is intended for those who have previously taken the full course and have experience and/or knowledge of proper food safety practices. It is recommended that students unsuccessful with the challenge exam take the full day course.
